I will typically invoice all commissioners, but in the event I do not, please remember to check 'no address needed'.Large payments can be made in installments on request.

Terms of Service:
I will not produce content that depicts or promotes illegal acts, hate crimes, speech, or symbols, or demeans or is derogatory towards individuals. I do not work with extreme fetish content, extreme violence or gore, or individuals who promote or identify with illegal or harmful acts, groups, and actions.Racist, transphobic, homophobic, mysogynist, abusive, ableist, etc language on your account or associated accounts(s) is an auto- blacklist. Depending on the severity of the content, this will not be lifted.I only work with original characters that you own or have permission to commission art of.In the event of you commissioning a NSFW piece from me, I reserve the right to ask for age verification or terminate any 18+ commission suspected of coming from a minor.
I will not tolerate lying about your age.I ask for a link back to my accounts if a commissioned model is posted or modified, but the model is yours to modify/extend/remix as you see fit. An exception is the use of any of my work in NFTs or "Non-fungible tokens" or other blockchain based technologies as well as in conjuction with generative AI training or output. These are not allowed under any circumstances.A commissioner cannot sell a model or element that uses significant portions of a commission on a marketplace (an exception is given for characters being sold or transferred- e.g. via toyhouse) but if the commissioner chooses to distribute it to others they may- however, no support or further assistance will be provided to aid distribution to anyone other than the original buyer.I reserve the right to refuse any commission work for any reason specified or not specified in these terms of service. I also reserve the right to repost any work done for you unless otherwise agreed upon as part of my portfolio, self-promotion, or commissions forms.By commissioning a model from me you are entering into a contract to pay for a good or service. Any chargebacks or false payments will result in permanent blacklisting from buying from me. I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission with prior notice to the customer- if this occurs you will be recompensated relative to the completion of the commission. (A model is a large investment for many and I will try to handle these cases in the customer's favor if possible.)In the event that I cannot communicate with clients, whether through incapacitation or death, it is unlikely you're going to get a refund (but if I'm dead, please give me that, at least...)
